About Us
Soulful Flow Yoga was born from a simple but powerful belief that wellness belongs to everyone, and that the people leading it should look like everyone too. Founded by Jasmine RaShae' in 2018, SFY began not with a space, but with a community. People gathered around a shared hunger for movement, belonging, and something that actually felt like them.
Community came first. And it has driven everything since.
As the platform grew, SFY found its first physical home as a pop-up studio with Seattle Restored in downtown Seattle at Pacific Place. It was a landmark moment that introduced Soulful Flow to a wider audience and cemented the brand as a creative force in the city's wellness landscape. From there, the vision only expanded.
Today, SFY is a full creative wellness platform operating at the intersection of movement, art, music, and cultural experience. We have partnered with some of the world's most recognized brands, including lululemon, Amazon, Nordstrom, Glossier, and more, bringing our signature approach to wellness and community to new audiences across Seattle and beyond. Our work has demonstrated that wellness programming, when done with cultural intention and creative excellence, drives meaningful engagement for the brands and organizations we partner with.
We believe that when wellness is accessible, culturally resonant, and intentionally designed, it transforms people. And when people are transformed, organizations and communities follow.
Jasmine RaShae' was recently named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40, a recognition of the vision, leadership, and sustained impact that Soulful Flow Yoga continues to build.
We are just getting started. For culture, creativity, and connection.
The Founder: Jasmine RaShae’
Jasmine RaShae' is a yoga educator, wellness entrepreneur, brand alchemist, lululemon legacy ambassador, and current resident yoga teacher whose work sits at the intersection of movement, culture, and community transformation. A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and proud product of the HBCU tradition — holding a B.A. in Psychology from Huston-Tillotson University and currently pursuing her MBA from Southern University A&M — she brings both academic grounding and lived experience to everything she builds.
Based in Seattle, Jasmine is the founder of Soulful Flow Yoga, a creative wellness platform and accredited yoga school dedicated to cultivating community, culture, and belonging through mindfulness, movement, and music. Her approach is intentional and expansive, designed to meet people where they are and reflect the full richness of who they are.
As a proud Black yoga teacher, Jasmine has made it her life's work to reimagine who wellness is for and who gets to lead it — with a particular commitment to making yoga accessible, affirming, and deeply resonant for the Black community and communities of color.
Her expertise is extensive and ever-evolving. With over 1,500 hours of yoga training spanning vinyasa, yin, Kemetic yoga, yoga for athletes, prenatal, and trauma-informed practices, she holds an E-RYT 500 and YACEP designation from Yoga Alliance — among the highest credentials available to a working yoga professional. As the founder of an accredited yoga school, she has formalized that expertise into a training program that develops the next generation of teachers with the same intention and rigor she brings to her own practice.
Jasmine is active across local and national communities — partnering with schools, nonprofits, businesses, and organizations to advance wellness as a vehicle for real and lasting change. She was recently named to the Puget Sound Business Journal's 40 Under 40, a testament to the vision and impact she has been building since 2018.
She knows her purpose. And she shows up for it fully — for her family, her community, and the world.
