Community Care
We offer 5 free community classes each week at lululemon University Village as part of our commitment to making yoga and wellness more accessible. These classes are designed to support you in returning to yourself through movement, mindfulness, and music in a welcoming, community-centered space.
Our signature Soulful Flow Yoga is a balanced blend of movement and stillness, weaving together 30 minutes of vinyasa with 30 minutes of gentle restorative and yin. This practice invites you to build heat, connect to your breath, and move with intention before slowing down into supported postures and deep release.
Soul Restore is a soothing blend of Yin and Restorative yoga designed to help you unwind, release, and reconnect. Guided by gentle sound and soulful music, this class invites deep rest through supported postures, softened breath, and a meditative journey into stillness, reflection, and renewal for the body, mind, and spirit.
All classes are taught by our founder, Jasmine RaShae’, and are open to all levels. We invite you to come as you are and join us on the mat.
