( Available online or in-person in Seattle, WA)
Teaching with Wisdom, Inclusion, and Intention
Accessible, inclusive, and embodied approaches to teaching yoga across life stages, abilities, and lived experiences.
At Soulful Flow, we believe yoga is for every body, every season of life, and every story.
This 25 Hour Yoga for Unique Populations Training invites yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, and movement facilitators to expand their capacity to teach with greater wisdom, accessibility, and care.
Through a Soulful Flow lens, participants will explore how to create more welcoming, adaptable, and affirming yoga spaces across diverse bodies, abilities, identities, and life stages. Together, we will explore practical tools for teaching accessible yoga, adaptive yoga, chair yoga, yoga for elders, prenatal and postnatal students, and inclusive language practices rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Grounded in both philosophy and real-world application, this training moves beyond one-size-fits-all teaching and invites participants into a more student-centered, trauma-aware, and intentional approach to facilitation.
Participants will leave with practical tools, adaptable sequencing methods, and greater confidence teaching in studios, schools, nonprofits, corporate spaces, senior communities, and wellness settings.
