A beautiful symphony of meditative sound instruments to create a soulful space to come back home to yourself.

Join Tasha Hampton (sound healer meditation and reiki guide) for a magical, candlelit evening of soulful meditative sounds. This event is designed to be a deeply restful, immersive experience focused on resetting our intentions and regulating our nervous system by using sound meditation instruments (bowls, chimes, and more) to help fully restore the body while welcoming love and peace into the soul.

This 60 minute sound experienc will leave you feeling rejuvenated and most importantly, more grounded within yourself.

>> Yoga mats will be provided however, pillows and blankets are first come, first serve. Please bring your own pillows and blankets just in case.

>> Eye pillows/masks are also suggested for a deeper experience. These items will not be provided during the session however they are essential to being the most comfortable in the experience.

Through thoughtful sequencing, breath-led movement, and mobility work that helps you move better and feel better, this practice explores gratitude as something you experience through the body. You’ll build awareness, stability, and ease — learning to appreciate what’s already working rather than striving for more.

Gratitude, like movement, is a practice of presence. It’s found in the breath that steadies you, the effort that supports you, and the quiet moments where you feel at home in yourself.
